Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: Prep time: 15 minutes
Marinate time: overnight
Cook Time: 6 to 8 minutes

1lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and whisk together. Add chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through and nicely charred, turning occasionally.  Serve immediately.



Note: adjustment was made due to large amount of excess marinade, serving portions adjusted accordingly
