Yield: Serves 1
1 Tbsp. Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp sesame seeds
4 asparagus spears sliced thinly with a vegetable peeler or a mandolin (be careful!)
4 slices of red onion
1 piece flatbread
Preheat oven to 400F
Brush the flatbread with soy sauce, then place a layer of asparagus and red onion on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake until flatbread is golden brown and asparagus is wilted (approximately 10 minutes)
Brush with more soy sauce and add sesame seeds for garnish.
