Yield: Makes 16 pieces
8 thin slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise
2 large peaches, halved, pitted and cut into 8 wedges each
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze, for drizzling
Lay the prosciutto slices out on a work surface. Set a peach wedge at the top of each slice. Roll up the prosciutto around the peach slices. Heat a grill to medium heat. Brush the peaches lightly with olive oil. Grill peaches until the prosciutto is browned and crisp, turn to grill both sides about 2 minutes per side. Place grilled peaches on a large serving dish and drizzle with Teriyaki Baste & Glaze.
