1/3 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a large plastic bag, combine soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts, press air out of the bag; close securely. Gently turn over the bag to coat the chicken. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Remove chicken and grill until done or no longer pink in the center.
