1 stick butter
2 pounds chicken wing drummettes
½ cup Kikkoman Orange Sauce
¾ tablespoon cayenne pepper
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the drummettes in the hot butter and pan fry until they are browned well on both sides. Pour off the excess butter. In a medium bowl combine the orange sauce with the cayenne pepper. Pour the orange sauce mixture over the wings in the pan and toss to cover, sauté for 1-2 minutes to warm up the sauce.
