1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix together well. Divide into 4 or 6 large round balls. Press down on each ball until a round patty is formed. Grill, fry, or broil to your desired doneness.
