3 Tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
¼ cup mirin (rice cooking wine)
2 tsp chili powder
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp; sauté for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, mirin and chili powder, stirring to combine. Simmer until the shrimp is cooked through about 5-6 minutes.
