1 pound Prepared Pizza Dough
1 jar (16.5 oz) pizza sauce
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 strips of bacon, cooked and broken into large pieces
1/2 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 500º. Sprinkle work surface with flour. Place dough in the middle of your work surface. Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thickness, then gently place the dough onto your baking sheet or pizza stone. Combine pizza sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl, then gently pour onto the pizza dough, using a brush to spread the sauce over the entire surface. Sprinkle cheese, and spread bacon onto the sauce. Gently place the eggs, one at a time on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper and parsley.
