1 package (10.75 oz.) frozen all butter poundcake, thawed
1/2 cup Kikkoman Kotterin
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Remove poundcake from pan; thinly slice off top crust and return poundcake to pan. Pierce poundcake thoroughly with skewer or fork. Combine remaining 3 ingredients in small saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat and gradually pour hot liquid evenly over poundcake; let stand at least 30 minutes. To serve, remove from pan and slice crosswise.
