1-1/2 pounds Butterball® Fresh Ground Turkey
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 cup water chestnuts, minced
1/3 cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon sherry
2 teaspoons Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 head butter lettuce, well rinsed
1. Separate lettuce leaves. Pat dry and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add red bell peppers, water chestnuts and saut? until pepper is soft, about 3 minutes.
3. Add ground turkey to the pan. Stir and saut? until all the turkey is no longer pink. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic and sherry, stirring well to combine.
4. Serve in a bowl alongside the lettuce leaves. Use lettuce leaves for wrapping.
