3 ounces Kikkoman Kara-Áge Soy Ginger Seasoned Coating Mix
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
2 egg whites, beaten
8 chicken thighs, bone-in
Mix Kara-Age and five spice powder. Dip chicken thighs in egg white, then in Kara-Age mixture. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Spray dipped chicken with cooking spray; bake in 400° oven for about 30 minutes, until crusty and cooked through.
