2-1/2 pound turkey breast, bone-in
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze
Rinse turkey, pat dry. Place turkey, skin side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine oil, poultry seasoning and black pepper. Brush turkey with seasoned oil. Roast turkey uncovered, 325° for 1-1/2 hours or a meat thermometer registers 170°. Brush turkey breast with Sweet Soy Glaze and return to the oven for 15 mintues. Transfer turkey to a cutting board, let stand 10 minutes before carving. Heat any remaining glaze and serve with the turkey breast.
