3 pounds potatoes
1/2 cup canned evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Wasabi Sauce*
Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Return to pot; mash. Add milk and butter to potatoes. Beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth, add Wasabi Sauce.
* Season potatoes to taste with Wasabi, and salt. Cover and keep at room temperature.
