6 chicken thighs with skin
3/4 cup Kikkoman Kara-Áge Coating Mix
1/4 vegetable oil for pan frying
Rinse and clean each chicken thigh, then cut each thigh into 6 pieces, leaving skin intact. Do not pat dry. Place Kara-Áge coating mix in a medium size plastic bag. Put all of the chicken pieces in the plastic bag, seal the bag closed and toss to coat chicken. Pan fry in hot oil over medium heat, turning once to brown and crisp on both sides.
