8 ounces precooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
2 cups uncooked instant rice
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Brown sausage over medium-high heat in hot oil in large skillet. Add celery, onion, green and red bell peppers; sauté 3 minutes. Add 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and cook 5 minutes.
