4 cups cooked macaroni
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed
1-1/2 cups jack cheese, cubed
2 cups Kikkoman PEARL® Organic Original Soymilk
¾ cup melted butter, divided
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Kikkoman Panko
Combine macaroni and cheeses in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and set aside. Meanwhile, place soymilk, ½ cup butter, flour, eggs, seasoned salt and pepper in a large bowl, stir with a whisk until well combined. Pour the soymilk mixture over the macaroni and cheeses. In a small bowl, toss together the panko and remaining ¼ cup of butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Place in a 350º oven and cook for 40 mintutes or until the crumbs have browned.
