(Makes 4 servings)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 pounds chicken breast, boneless
1 - ½ cup Kikkoman Tikka Masala Curry
3 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
hot cooked rice
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, pat dry. Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat, add chicken and sauté until cooked through. Add Tikka Masala Curry sauce, toss to coat chicken. Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with cilantro
