(Yield: 4 servings)
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup slivered sun-dried tomatoes*
1/4 cup minced onion
5 tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze, divided
2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Thoroughly combine beef, tomatoes, onion, 3 Tbsp. teriyaki baste & glaze, parsley and pepper; shape into 4 patties.
- Place on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals; brush with 1 Tbsp. teriyaki baste & glaze. Cook 6 minutes; turn over and brush with remaining 1 Tbsp. teriyaki baste & glaze. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until thoroughly cooked. (Or, broil patties 5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked, brushing, turning over and brushing as directed above.) *Cut tomatoes into slivers with scissors.
