2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
4 cups cooked instant rice, cooled
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce*
1 can (12 oz.) solid white tuna in water, drained
*May substitute Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and vegetables and cook 8 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, yet crisp.
- Add rice and soy sauce, stirring to coat rice. Gently stir in tuna until mixture is well blended and heated through.
