Ingredients

(Yield: 4 cups) 3 cups coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
3/4 cup chopped green onions and tops
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
4 teaspoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Lettuce cups

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, green onions, olives, soy sauce, cilantro and hot pepper sauce in medium-size bowl. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  2. To serve, place about 3/4 cup drained mixture into individual lettuce cups.
