Made from our naturally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce, but with 37% less sodium and no added sodium benzoate or other preservatives. It’s shelf-stable for up to 12 months. Kikkoman’s proprietary dialysis process removes sodium after natural brewing is complete—so it’s never watered down or diluted, like some brands.
