We kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month at Los Angeles’ historic Olvera Street for their popular Fiesta Patrias event. We handed out thousands of Lime Ponzu packets and shared tips for enhancing flavor of traditional Latino dishes like fajitas. Next up, Dallas! We’ll be at Fiestamericana in Texas. We’ll kikk up the food, dance and music at this Latin American festival.
In our first Ask Helen video, Chef Helen Roberts shows us how to make crispy Crab Cakes with Kikkoman Panko. We’ll be featuring two more videos later this year highlighting Shrimp Toast and General Tso’s Chicken.
