This 24 minute documentary was directed by the academy award nominated director, Lucy Walker. Here’s some press we have received on the documentary already! We launched two private screening events with media and Kikkoman family in New York City and San Francisco. In New York, Iron Chef Morimoto carved a 100lb tuna and created a custom menu for guests. Our West Coast screening in San Francisco showcased Japanese music along with a traditional sake ceremony and Ozumo Executive Chef, Yo Matsuzaki.
