Kikkoman is attending and exhibiting at the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) 33rd Annual Conference “Light Your Fire: Sparks from the Culinary Edge” from June 1-4, 2011 at the Austin Hilton.

Kikkoman is conducting a national “casting call” for the person who best represents “The Kikkoman” and if you are chosen as the winner or a runner up, you could win $5,000 or other cash prizes! Make a sixty-second video, which brings to life your love of Kikkoman. It’s not a cooking or recipe contest unless you want it to be, just a great fun video that convinces us that YOU are “The Kikkoman!” The contest starts July 1st and runs through August 31st.
