Get Started with the Right Gear

Keep food cool with an inexpensive foam cooler and reusable rigid ice packs. Make sure the food itself is chilled when placed in the cooler and it will stay cold longer. If you’ll be using previously frozen food, you can avoid food-borne illnesses and ensure the best flavor and texture by thawing completely before grilling to prevent uneven cooking.
