Crank Up the Crunch with Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs

Do you have a great dish that showcases Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs? Starting February 15th, we'll be looking for the best recipes for an appetizer, side dish, main dish or dessert that incorporates Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs as its starring ingredient. Make the recipe original, creative, and most importantly, delicious-and you could win a $1,000 prize for your stellar cooking skills.

Here are the guidelines for the recipe:

Use at least one-half cup of Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs
Have a preparation time of 30 minutes or less
List of all of the ingredients in exact common U.S. household measurements with step-by-step preparation instructions
Specify the category that you’d like to enter your recipe (appetizer, side dish, main dish or dessert)*

Also make sure not to include any brand names for other ingredients used.

We’ll be testing out the recipes and deciding on the top entry in each category. The winners will each receive a $1,000 prize—not to mention unlimited bragging rights among family and friends. The winning recipes will also be added to Kikkoman’s recipe database, so others can enjoy the winning creations!
