Slaw:
1 cup shredded napa cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 cup julienned mango
1/2 cup julienned carrot
1/4 cup Thai basil leaves
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
To make slaw, in mixing bowl, combine all slaw ingredients except peanuts. Mix in dressing until ingredients are evenly coated; garnish with peanuts.
