Soy and White Truffle Oil Vinaigrette
(Yield: 3 cups)
1 1/2 cups olive oil
3/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
6 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons white truffle oil
salt and pepper
In bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and truffle oil. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk or shake well before using.
Drizzle over grilled vegetabvles, such as zucchini, eggplant and corn, or over roasted root vegetables.
