3/4 pound finely chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
salt and pepper
Saute mushrooms in butter until liquid is nearly evaporated. Add soy sauce; season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until dry.
Use as an appetizer on toast points or in mushrooms caps; in frittatas, omelets and pasta; as a pizza or focaccia topping; or in tomato sauce.
