Ahi Tuna Poke
1 1/2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon chili oil
1/2 pound ahi tuna, cut into 1/2-inch dice
1/2 cup peeled, seeded, diced cucumber
deep-fried wonton crisps
chopped green onions
toasted sesame seed.
Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, vinegar, ginger and chili oil. Gently mix in tuna and cucumber. Spoon into wonton crisps; sprinkle with green onions and sesame seed.
