Lime Ponzu Butter
(Yield: 3 cups)
3 cups butter, softened
¾ cup Kikkoman Lime Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing & Sauce
2 tablespoons grated lime zest
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in bowl of electric mixer with paddle attachment. Beat until well mixed. Roll into logs and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in freezer or refrigerator. Cut ponzu butter into slices and place on grilled or steamed meat, fish, poultry or vegetables.
