6 pounds flank steak
3 cups Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing & Sauce
24 cups cooked cellophane noodles (at room temperature)
6 cups julienned carrots
6 cups julienned cucumbers
3 cups torn mint leaves
6 cups All-Purpose Ponzu Vinaigrette
Marinate steak in ponzu 12 to 24 hours. Grill 4 ounces steak per serving and cut into thin strips across the grain. Toss grilled steak, 1 cup noodles, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup cucumber, and 2 tablespoons mint with 1/4 cup vinaigrette until evenly coated. Mound in a bowl to serve.
