12 slabs pork baby back ribs, cut in half
2 ½ cups Cajun spice blend
12 cups Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze
Rub ribs with spice blend on both sides. Place in roasting pan with a small amount of water and tent with foil. Roast in 325°F oven about 2 hour or until tender. Brush 1 half-slab ribs with 1/4 cup sweet soy glaze per serving and place in 400°F oven about 15 minutes or until hot and crusty. Cut ribs apart and brush with 1/4 cup sweet soy glaze.
