Sweet and Hot Slaw
Ingredients (Yield: 24 servings)
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing & Sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
24 cups shredded napa cabbage
3 cups julienned carrots
3 cups crushed roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cups chopped cilantro
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, ponzu, honey and sriracha in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
