Thai Buffalo Wings

12 pounds whole chicken wings
2 cups Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 1/2 pounds butter
3/4 cup Kikkoman Lime Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing & Sauce
2 tablespoons garlic purée
Spread chicken wings in one layer on an oiled sheet pan and bake in 425°F oven about 30 minutes or until cooked. Simmer sriracha, butter, ponzu and garlic, whisking until blended. Toss wings with sriracha mixture in a large bowl. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
