2 cups Jamaican jerk spice blend
2 cups Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
16 pounds bone-in chicken thighs
Whisk together all ingredients except chicken. Marinate chicken in spice mixture 12 to 24 hours. Grill 2 pieces chicken per serving until golden brown and cooked through.
