Ingredients

1 cup Kikkoman NuMami Sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
7 pounds boneless turkey breast roasts
24 burrito-size flour tortillas
12 cups shredded lettuce
6 cups guacamole
6 cups pico de gallo salsa
6 cups cilantro leaves
Instructions
Combine NuMami, sugar and thyme with 4 cups water. Place turkey in this mixture 24 hours. Roast turkey in 350°F oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until internal temperature is 160°F. Cool and slice thinly. Warm 1 tortilla per serving and fill with 3 ounces sliced turkey, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup guacamole, 1/4 cup salsa and 1/4 cup cilantro. Fold in sides and roll up, burrito style.
