1 tablespoon Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
9 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 cups egg whites
6 cups Kikkoman Kara-Áge Soy-Ginger Seasoned Coating Mix
A classic gets a sweet-spicy Asian-style makeover. Heat honey and sriracha, whisking to blend. Dip 6 ounces chicken per serving in egg whites, then in kara-áge. Repeat. Deep-fry chicken until golden. Mound on top of waffle and drizzle with 2 tablespoons warm honey mixture.
