Roasted Garlic Aioli with Cilantro
(Yield: 24 (2-ounce) servings)
1 quart mayonnaise
1 ½ cups roasted garlic puree
1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced cilantro
2 teaspoons minced ginger
In bowl, mix all ingredients to blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
