Ingredients
(Yield: 4 12-inch pizzas)
4 Italian bread shells (16 ounces each)
About ½ cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze or Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze with Honey & Pineapple
8 ounces diced turkey ham
1 pound drained canned pineapple tidbits
4 ounces red bell pepper, diced ½ inch
4 ounces green bell pepper, diced ½ inch
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
For each pizza, brush bread shell with about 2 tablespoons glaze; top with 2 ounces turkey ham, 4 ounces pineapple tidbits, 1 ounce red bell pepper and 1 ounce green bell pepper. Sprinkle 4 ounces cheese over toppings. Bake on rack or on baking sheet in 450° F oven about 10 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
