Soy Sauce Sorbet
(Yield: 6 cups)
4 cups water
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
4 teaspoons grated orange zest
Stir together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
