Creamy Oatmeal with Dried Cherries and Almonds
(Yield: 24 (1 cup) servings)
5 quarts Pearl Original Organic Soymilk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 pounds old fashioned rolled oats
2 1/2 pounds dried cherries
9 ounces chopped toasted natural almonds
Brown sugar, as needed
Pearl® Original Organic Soymilk, warmed, as needed
For each serving, to order: In large pot over medium heat, bring soymilk and salt to boil. Stir in rolled oats; cook about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in cherries and almonds. Serve with brown sugar and warmed soymilk.
