Description:

• Naturally brewed premium soy sauce, produced by the action of special strains of microorganisms on soybeans and wheat during fermentation.
• Tart, sweet, salty flavor with beefy, brewed notes.
• No added sodium benzoate or other preservatives.
• Higher total nitrogen than regular soy sauce.
