• Naturally brewed "shoyu" soy sauce, produced by the action of special strains of microorganisms on soybeans and wheat during fermentation.
• Tart, sweet, salty flavor with beefy, brewed notes; distinctive fermented bouquet.
• Clear, dark reddish-brown color. Kosher certified.
